This is a template and starting point for students, artists, or anyone looking to organize and produce a 2D animation project.

It's a simple but specific spreadsheet setup:

• Production page, for tracking everything by shot.
  
• Project Flow page, showing how project phases relate.
• Timeline page, with example breakdown and milestones.
• Post page, for tracking post-production.
• Team Page, for your collaborators.

How to Use

• To use in Google Sheets, when logged in, go to File > Make a Copy
• Or, download it- has not been tested in other spreadsheet applicatons.
